Jeffrey attended University of Waterloo for his undergrad in Kinesiology. Upon graduating, he progressed into getting certified as a personal trainer to take a more hands on approach with his knowledge. He then attended Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH) for his massage therapy education and is now registered as an RMT under the CMTO.

 

Jeffrey takes the effects of massage therapy to a wide range of conditions that he faces. He takes a rehabilitation approach to make sure each treatment in the treatment plan moves forward with the body’s recovery. In the past, he had been a patient with several conditions to many therapists and understands what a client faces as they receive treatment.

 

Jeffrey now uses the combination of his knowledge about the human body and applies a hands-on approach using massage therapy to treat everyday conditions people face. He specializes with, but not limited to, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) to help restore the body’s function to move. He has been working several years in the industry and knows a vast array of conditions and how to treat them. He believes that pain should be temporary, and each person should live a pain free and healthy lifestyle. Jeffrey is a regular gym-goer and sports enthusiast who understands the body mechanics and applies that in his treatments.

Jeffrey can speak English and Chinese, and can conduct his appointments in both those languages.
