Lester Fernandes is a registered physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia in 2014. He also holds a bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University.

Lester has experience in private practice, with soccer and rugby teams, in long term care and in hospital. His approach to physiotherapy is to return people to their life - not just their sport or

workplace, but to the rest of their life. He ventures to treat not just the injury, but to correct the movement dysfunctions that may silently follow a person throughout their lifespan and put them at

risk of various health issues later down the track. His treatments include soft tissue release, joint mobilizations and neurofunctional acupuncture.
