Andressa Oliveira

Physiotherapist Resident
Orthopedic & Sports Physiotherapy

With over a decade of experience in rehabilitation, performance, and movement, Andressa Oliveira is a Physiotherapist Resident with postgraduate training in Orthopedic and Sports Physiotherapy. Originally trained in Brazil, she refined her clinical skills early in her career through active participation in the university’s Sports Physiotherapy League, gaining hands-on experience with athletic injuries, biomechanics, and return-to-sport protocols.

Andressa combines evidence-based practice with a personalized, empathetic approach. Her sessions integrate manual therapy, movement re-education, and body awareness to restore function, improve mobility, and help individuals move confidently — whether recovering from injury, managing pain, or optimizing performance.

Techniques & Areas of Expertise

  • Manual Therapy — joint and soft-tissue mobilizations to restore function

  • Maitland Concept — evidence-based reasoning for musculoskeletal treatment

  • Myofascial Release — reducing restrictions and improving functional mobility

  • TMJ Disorders & Headache Management — treatment for jaw pain, bruxism, mobility restrictions, and tension-related headaches

  • Fascial Stretch Therapy — enhanced flexibility and movement efficiency

Outside the clinic, Andressa enjoys hiking, ice skating, and strength training. Her active lifestyle — combined with advanced international education in Orthopedic and Sports Physiotherapy — gives her a practical understanding of how the body performs, adapts, and recovers. This background allows her to design treatment plans that truly meet the demands of athletes, active individuals, and anyone looking to move without pain and limitations.
